Behind every trip there was administrative chaos: printed documents sent by mail, payments via promissory notes, checks or confirming, 60-day payment promises that turned into 90, repetitive bureaucracy. Phone calls and emails just to know the price of a load. Wasted hours. Everything slow, confusing, and inefficient.

Eventually, we grew. I became the director of my own logistics company, where I learned to lead teams, make quick decisions, and solve problems under pressure. But the main challenge remained: delayed payments and general disorganization. Later, with my own company, I bought trucks, hired drivers, and partnered with over 50 independent carriers, managing national and international routes.

In 2023, we began working on what would become Powerload—a project built from scratch to transform the transport industry. After two years of constant development and refinement, we officially founded Powerload in 2025. We had the experience, the contacts, and the know-how—but we wanted to change the rules of the game.

That’s how Powerload was born. It wasn’t a rushed idea. It was the result of more than two years of silent work, every evening after the workday was over. We stayed in the office dreaming of a real solution, designing each feature, every detail. We wanted to create a platform that truly helps carriers and shippers. A modern, fair, and transparent system.

Powerload isn’t just an idea. It’s an answer. An answer born from experience, from exhaustion, from frustration… and from the will to transform this industry.
